Fox Den and Jennings: structure fire

Structure fire at Fox Den and Jennings, possibly a barn that is a total loss per James Richardson. Inter-Canyon, Elk Creek Fire, Platte Canyon, Indian Hills, and Evergreen Fire responding. Fire spreading to the trees on the delta side.

Additional apparatus incoming with water.

Sending one more tender up to the structure, one waiting in reserve.

I took these from my neighborhood (hilldale pines) first one at about 9:40, second one about 10:20


2/2 take just now at 10:20 from hilldale pines neighborhood. Seems less bad

Thanks to @IndianHillsFire @plattecanyonfd @ElkCreekFire @efr_co for assistance on structure fire on Fox Den Way this evening. Two outbuildings Guly involved upon arrival and firefighters went to defensive attack to prevent spread into surrounding forest.

Outbuildings both lost to fire on Fox Den Way this evening. Firefighters will remain on scene for several hours in overhaul. Cause is unknown at this time

Firefighters have returned to Fox Den Aythis morning to continue overhaul and check for extension into surrounding trees. Resident reports the dog returned home this morning but he is still looking for two horses
