Update: Kootchie Kootchie Fire
Wildfire Update
The Kootchie Kootchie Fire is approximately 1/4 acre in size. The affected area is between County Road 1 and County Road 12 near Alma. The evacuation order has changed to a Pre-Evacuation status. The Fairplay Community Center, 880 Bogue Street, Fairplay, Colorado, is open as an information center with bathroom facilities for those affected by the pre-evacuation order. Please call 719-836-4200 for updates related to evacuation orders and evacuation information center.
