You may have seen information in the news about a 911 outage. We have done testing with different carriers, so far we are not having any issues receiving calls. If you do try to call tonight and can’t get through, please call our non-emergency line (303) 980-7300.

IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Jeffcom Impacted by Nationwide 911 Outage. Jeffcom has conducted an investigation and concluded there was in fact a disruption to 911 services on 9/28/2020. We are working with our partners to identify the root cause. 1/2

(2/2) By the time Jeffcom was alerted of a potential issue, and performed testing to confirm service availability, 911 had already been restored. We apologize for any confusion created by this incident.
