All runways are currently closed due to blowing snow and poor visibility. Our crews are ready to clear the runways once conditions improve. Many flights have already been cancelled so the runway closures have minimal impacts.

Road Closed
I-70 Eastbound Floyd Hill (Milemarker 244-248)
Closed due to safety concerns. Detour in place use exit 244 to US 6, then US 40 back to I-70.

Safety Closure
I-70 Westbound Beaver Brook (Milemarker 248)
Closed due to crash. No estimated time to open.

Safety Closure
US 6 Westbound / Eastbound Loveland Pass (Milemarker 222-228.7)
Adverse conditions. No estimated time to open. Hazmat vehicles use Eisenhower Tunnel at top of hour or as traffic allows, other traffic held.

Crash
CO 9 Southbound Hoosier Pass (Milemarker 79.7)
Jackknifed semi blocking the southbound lanes, use caution. Watch for slowing and stopped vehicles.

Chains or alternative traction devices (ATDs) required for all CMV, including buses and vans of 16+ capacity.

Blizzard conditions continue at the airport. Airlines have ceased operations at DEN for the rest of the day. Peña Blvd is currently impassable with multiple disabled vehicles along the roadways, if you absolutely must come to the airport, please use the @RideRTD A-Line instead

I-70 WB/EB Golden to Floyd Hill (Milemarker 259-244)
I-70 EB Silverthorne to Georgetown (MM 205-228)

Due to adverse conditions. No estimated time to open. Travel discouraged.

Per cosmiccowboy55: District 4 and 6 toned out to report to accident(s) on Hwy 285 at MM 186 and 189 north of Fairplay. Not sure if one accident scene or 2 separate ones, may involve a CDOT plow.
