LE is going to close Hwy 285 NB at Hillview just before Windy Point, cars aren't slowing down enough and plows need space to clear the road. One tow truck just got hit at Doubleheader.

North turkey creek from 285 up to High Dr - 3 cars flipped on their side. No access very icy conditions.

Eyewitnesses state that traffic is moving both SB and NB at Windy Point, but CDOT has not updated to indicate the highway is re-opened. Scanner chatter indicates that additional plow passes still needed as road conditions are bad.
