I-70 Re-Opened EB at Silverthorne due to Wildfire

Wildland Fire near MP 209 has forced the closure of EB I-70 at Silverthorne, exit 205/US 6.

EB traffic will be sent over Loveland Pass.

No eta to re-opening.

I-70 Eastbound at Silverthorne (Exit 205) is CLOSED – 8 PM (6/10/2021)

Eastbound #I70 at Exit 205 (Silverthorne) is CLOSED due to a wildfire. The fire is burning near I-70 at Mile Point 209. Eastbound motorists should detour via US 6 Loveland Pass. Westbound traffic is not affected at this time. Eastbound travelers should expect delays on the east side of Eisenhower Tunnel, due to a crash.
