MMTwx: Windy and Warm Monday... Rain or Snow Showers Tuesday...

From Chief Meteorologist Steve Hamilton:

High pressure will be over Central Colorado on Monday. We'll get warm downslope flow from that system, taking our daytime highs above average, and the wind will be breezy to gusty. Then, we'll get a bit of a change on Tuesday, with a cold front and low pressure system arriving over the state. Don't expect a whole lot from this system, except for gusty wind and scattered rain or snow. The track of the low doesn't look favorable for significant precipitation. Rain and snow showers, or all-snow, will be possible for some areas like Alma and Fairplay on Tuesday afternoon into the evening. Mostly rain, elsewhere, mixing with snow late Tuesday afternoon as cooler air arrives. Precipitation will end late Tuesday night, then it'll be sunny, windy and cooler on Wednesday.
