Per cosmiccowboy55: there’s flooding from Eleven Mile Reservoir, it sounds as if it’s a broken pipeline from Eleven Mile to Colorado Springs in the area of County Roads 98 and 59.
Update via the scanner: the pipeline has been shut down but due to its length, there will be water coming out for a while yet. There are some retention ponds on farmers’ lands that are filling up due to the leak, crews are nearby keeping an eye them because if they breach, it will flood adjacent roads that will have to be closed.
