One vehicle on its roof off of the roadway in the 13800 block of Pine Valley Rd, south of Ella Ave. Elk Creek Fire is on scene, driver has self-extricated. Northbound lanes shut down.
Occupant of the vehicle said there was a dog with her. 50lb, white dog (possibly named Finner?) We have been looking best we can with flashlights - but so far haven't found anything.
