* WHAT...Flash flooding and debris flows caused by excessive rainfall.
* WHERE...East Troublesome, Cameron Peak, Williams Fork, Calwood, and Mullen burn scars in North Central Colorado.

From 11 AM MDT this morning until midnight tonight.
* IMPACTS...
Heavy rainfall of 1 to 1.5 inches in 20-30 minutes will be possible with the strongest thunderstorms. Residents in and immediately next to recent burn scars should prepare for potential flooding impacts, including flash flooding of low lying areas, small streams and canyons, and debris flows. Be ready to act and move to higher ground should a Flash Flood Warning be issued for your location.
