Structure fire 3800 block of Spring Valley Trail, Evergreen

Evergreen Fire Rescue 28m:
EFR is on-scene of a residential structure fire in the 3800 block of Spring Valley Trail. Please avoid the area to protect emergency responders. Updates will be posted here when available.

XCel en route, ETA 30 min. Gas shut off requested, no ETA.

Elk Creek Fire and Indian Hills Fire providing mutual aid.

One single family residence is fully involved. @jeffcosheriffco assisting with notification to neighbors in the area and @jeffcom911co issued a LookoutAlert to notify residents within a 1/4 mile radius.


Media staging with be at the EFR Administration Building, 1802 Bergen Parkway. PIO will be available at 7 am.

Nobody was home when the fire ignited. The structure is a total loss. Smoke will be visible as crews continue working hot spots. The fire is under investigation. Thank you @jeffcosheriffco @jeffcom911co @ElkCreekFire @IndianHillsFire
