Seeing gusts of wind 10-15mph from north to south.

Have line all the way around the fire, getting water on the fire. Working to mop up.

Current size is 1/4 acre, 100% contained. West Metro Fire investigator is on scene.

#rainbowfire update. Fire is 100% contained and the evacuation in the Summit Ranch neighborhood has been downgraded from full evacuation to pre evacuation status.

Crews are hiking out, leaving hose in place. They’ll be back in the morning.

Command is lifting the evac of Summit Ranch Rd.

Last of the fire crews have hiked out after putting more water on 2 hotspots they were worried would flare up with winds. Personnel remaining on scene are fire investigators, Denver Park ranger, and Jeffco deputy.
