Platte Canyon Fire and Elk Creek Fire are responding to what was initially reported as a vehicle fire, but is now confirmed as a structure fire. Please avoid the area to allow emergency crews access to work.
Update from Platte Canyon Fire: Update: 5:56p crews arrived on scene to a confirmed fire involving vegatation as well and were able to a quick knock down/extinguish the fire. Crews will continue to complete mop up and salvage/overhaul operations.
