Structure fire - 33300 block of Beverly Rd, Pine Junction

Elk Creek Fire has arrived on scene to a structure fire, flames coming out of the roof. Requested Platte Canyon Fire and Evergreen Fire for mutual aid. Occupants all evacuated from the home.

Electricity is shut off to the building.

Fire is knocked down.

Lot of smoke coming from inside the house, visible flames no longer seen on the roof.

Fire investigator requested. All personnel not on scene can stand down.

Fire is mostly out. Crews are switching to overhaul.

Structure Fire

Just past 2:30pm today, May 19, Elk Creek was toned to a possible structure fire in the area of Beverly Rd and Green Ave.

Upon arrival, crews found a partially involved residential structure fire. Offensive actions were immediately taken, and the fire was suppressed quickly.

No civilians or firefighters were injured.

The cause is under investigation.
