Now estimated at 2 acres, 8" flame length, smoldering and creeping, wind is 2 mph from West, burning in grass and downed fuel from Hi Meadow Fire, fuel loading is light, spread potential is low, hazards are snags and structures within 1 mile, containment expected around night fall.

USFS is on scene, command will be transferred to them soon. Crews are working on establishing a wet line around the fire.

All crews are leaving the fire scene for tonight. There will continue to be smoke and flames visible in the interior of the fire. Crews will return in the morning.

Currently estimated at 3 acres.
