A trial has been set for June 23 in a lawsuit filed last December by Jefferson County against the Wellington Reservoir Co., the owner of Wellington Lake. The lawsuit claims damages relating to Wellington Reservoir's alleged violation of the county's zoning resolutions. Details in this week's Flume.
