Precipitation not enough to life fire restrictions - Flume

24 Jun 2011 10:23 #1 by Flume editor
Recent precipitation, although helpful, was not enough to life fire restrictions in Park County imposed by the county, the U.S. Forest Service and the Bureau of Land Management. Bailey got 1.54 inches of rain on June 19 and 20. Fairplay received two inches of snow for the 24-hour period ended at 7 a.m. on June 20 while Alma got 3.4 inches of new snow in that period. Details in this week's Flume.
