A 56-year-old Missouri man, Victor Leutwyler, was killed on the afternoon of Aug. 29 when his motorcycle collided with a semitrailer attempting a left-hand turn off of U.S. 285 into a private driveway southwest of Jefferson. Details in this week's Flume.
