Saunders Construction Inc. has established a memorial fund for the family of Silviano Barreras-Martinez, the 35-year-old worker with a wife and four children who died from injuries suffered after falling about 30 feet due to a scaffolding collapse in the construction of new Re-2 School District facilities in Fairplay.
