Elk Creek Fire recall effort to turn in signatures - Flume

The recall effort to oust Elk Creek Fire Protection District board president Tim Biglen had collected 433 signatures by Oct. 4, and those signatures were expected to be presented to the designated election official on Oct. 5.

Still not sure what the rush for the recall. His term is up in 6 months, seems like a waste of money.
