Commissioners sign $3 million land-protection deal - Flume

Park County's commissioners signed an agreement on Oct. 13 with Colorado Open Lands that will protect $3 million worth of land from development. They also looked at the 2012 preliminary budget, which at this point includes no salary increases for employees and projects a 20 percent drop in county fund balances (savings) projected for 2012. Details in this week's Flume.
