Dewayne Rymer, the 61-year-old disbarred attorney who three years ago pleaded guilty in Park County to stealing money from the trust set up for Arizona resident Jerry Phelps, was sentenced on Oct. 24 to 10 years in a community corrections facility starting immediately.
