Bailey resident Tyler Kippes, 8, won first place at the Mountain States Young Guns Finals at the Sundance Steakhouse and Saloon in Fort Collins with an 80-point calf ride on Oct. 16, which helped him win second place overall for the six-week fall series. That resulted in an award of an embroidered shirt.
