Most of Conifer Tn Cntr sells at foreclosure auction - Flume

Most of the Conifer Town Center sold for $20.3 million at a foreclosure auction sale on Oct. 28. The holder of the note on the property placed the bid. The total amount owed was more than $26 million. Details in this week's Flume.
