We are set for Jan 8th. If the weather is bad, we just need to notify them that we changed the date. (they only need the date so that they can schedule the pick up of the filled bags)
I will pick up the vests (20) and bags on Wednesday morning from the CDOT place on Crow Hill.
We can just keep the vests for the year after next, and if we need more just let them know.
We need to make our own sticks to poke and pick with.
Can we get a more accurate headcount?
