The friends and family of disbarred Bailey attorney Dewayne Rymer have paid off 97 percent of what he owed in restitution. As of Nov. 16 more than $211,000 had been paid into a restitution account at the district court in Fairplay. Rymer had pleaded guilty to stealing more than $217,000 from the trust of Arizona resident Jerry Phelps. Details in this week's Flume.
