Investigation into Summit County deputy continues - Flume was created by Flume editor

An alleged incident that took place on Nov. 21 involving off-duty Summit County Sheriff's Deputy Sylvia Simms is still being investigated.
The incident involved a domestic dispute between Simms and her husband, Dallas Simms, outside their home near Como.
Details in this week's Flume.

From what I read in the Flume yesterday (once again) a couple of PARK COUNTIES finest didn't do their jobs correctly... Not surprising...

Maybe somebody can explain to me (without being NASTY/HATEFUL) why the people of Park County don't feel they deserve better than what takes place with this Sheriffs Dept?? I'm confused....
