What you have read / heard is what the Walker counsel has stated and you have passed judgement of guilt. Thank goodness we have courts that listen to both sides and apply the law before passing judgement of guilt. Otherwise idiots like MamaRama would try to rule this country with uneducated assumptions.

All you have to do Becky is go to the Clerk's office in Fairplay and under the Freedom of Information Act you can obtain the paperwork that was filed.

It is clear we will have to wait until the Walker's file their suit to learn the exact reason. Mamarama isn't able to give out specific information until after the suit is filed. Her role is to keep the anti Park County fires burning.

If Park County screwed up, we will let the court decide the punishment. Any mistakes by Park County doesn't excuse the Walker's for starving and killing all of those dogs. For their actions the Walker's should be punished.
