Disbarred attorney seeks reduction in sentence - Flume

Disbarred former Bailey attorney Dewayne Rymer is seeking a reduction of a 10-year prison sentence to four years of supervised probation after more than $200,000 in restitution was paid by his friends and relatives to the trust of Arizona resident Jerry Phelps. Details in this week's Flume.

No conscience to what he did to a man that is and was an upstanding citizen that was with the Englewood Police department in charge of crimes investigation. He was the best in Colorado and worked hard for his money. He is still well respected, and yet ripped off by a LAWYER! Shoot the guy can walk to Walmart, there are no bars or bob-wire gates.
