A court trial for a civil lawsuit between the Elk Falls Property Owners' Association and the owners of the Lower Lake Ranch at Elk Falls began on Jan. 30 and could last into next week.
The trial is over disputed ownership of stretches of Juniper and Jenson roads and a portion of South Elk Creek Road near Pine Junction.
The trial is before Fairplay-based District Judge Stephen Groome.
Groome will be called on to make a decision following the conclusion of testimony in the trial.
