At their meeting on Feb. 2, Park County's commissioners' major actions involved approval of the rezoning of two subdivisions and the OK of a conditional use permit for a single-family residence on mining-zoned land near Fairplay. The two subdivisions - High Chaparral Ranch-Puma Hills Addition and Bailey Estates - were rezoned from residential to A-35 and R-35 respectively. Details in this week's Flume.
