Portions of three disputed roads in the Elk Falls subdivision near Pine junction were declared public roads on Feb. 21 in an order from Fairplay-based District Judge Stephen Groome. Details in this week's Flume.

Another stupid ruling by an ongoing stupid judge. Duh! Elmer never signed anything. Just because he was cc or kept abreast of what was going on, receiving paper copies, his John Hancock would have indicated that he intended to grant rights of ways for the properties that were in his name and his signature isn't there.

I understand the need for homeowners to have access to their properties but to decide that Elmer jointly owned the property is ludicrous.

I feel for the Dunwoody's having to pay for an appeal because this stupid judge continues to make very stupid overreaching decisions. He was an idiot as an attorney so I guess I shouldn't expect anything better as a judge and why he chose this judicial district.
