The Pine Valley Ranch Open Space Outdoor Skills Day will take place in Jefferson County and is also targeted at families and beginning hunters or anglers who would like to learn about wildlife viewing, fishing, fly tying , as well as archery and shooting. District Wildlife Manager Howard Horton has engaged partners such as Trout Unlimited, Ducks Unlimited, and Steve's Meats of Arvada to give attendees a taste of wildlife recreation.
