One has to wonder if the THREAT to prosecute HARDEY was the reason that MONTE and FRED tried (but sounds like failed) to get TOM LEDOUX ousted by filing (of all things)a ETHICAL GRIEVANCE against him with the COLORADO SUPREME COURT..
