A former co-owner of the Coney Island hot dog stand in Bailey is suing Coney Island Colorado LLC and the remaining owner for the alleged violation of a 2009 contract.
The former co-owner, Diane Wiescamp, filed the lawsuit in district court in Fairplay on May 14 alleging that Ron Aigner, the owner, violated a 2009 contract that required Aigner to pay Wiescamp $1,000 a month for 75 consecutive months starting on July 1, 2009. Details in this week's Flume.
