An ethical grievance submitted against 11th Judicial District Attorney Thom LeDoux – alleging that he threatened to prosecute a Park County Sheriff’s Office deputy in retaliation for Park County Sheriff Fred Wegener and Undersheriff Monte Gore endorsing his political opponent – has been rejected by the Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel because of a lack of clear and convincing evidence. Just up to tricks I'd say.... I always thought it was the PROSECUTORS job to PROSECUTE those that broke the law.. i guess that only stands if you're not a PC DEPUTY??
