Foreclosure proceedings against the Hutchison Lumber stores in Fairplay and Pine Junction were filed in district court in Fairplay on June 15, and a foreclosure auction has been scheduled for the Fairplay store for Aug. 15. A foreclosure auction for the Pine Junction store hadn’t been determined as of July 2. Details in this week's Flume.
