Looking for Sponsors & Vendors for Barefoot, Bluegrass & BBQ

The deadline is today if you wish to be a higher level sponsor and get your logo on the poster, but if you are interested in a lower sponsorship level, we have until the end of this week to add your name to the flyers we're distributing starting this Friday and the print ads and articles coming out in August.
Besides being a worthy organization to support, this event is a great opportunity for promotion and visibility. People will be coming from all over the area, and down the hill. We've got radio spots scheduled, we are attending events large and small this month to promote and sell tickets (including Heavenfest , which is expected to have 40,000 people attend), print ads in local publications, and the event listed in as many online sources that focus on Colorado as possible.

If you wish to volunteer the day of the event, please click here . We'll need help with parking, staffing the kids activity area, checking people in/selling tickets at the door, shuttling the bands from the Main Lodge to the Event Field and back, and more!
