An online auction was held for most of the Safeway-anchored Conifer Town Center July 16-18, but bidding didn’t reach the minimum amount the seller wanted for the property. The starting bid on the property was $6 million, and bidding reached $14.35 million on the Auction.com Commercial website that was running the auction. Details in this week's Flume.
