The Bailey man killed in a two-vehicle crash on Sept. 3 had a blood alcohol level of 0.193, said Park County Coroner David Kintz Jr.
Kintz told The Flume that a 0.193 blood-alcohol content is more than twice the legal driving limit of 0.08 BAC. Details in this week's Flume.
