Platte Canyon Little League board President Gregory Rumbaugh, 40, turned himself in to the Park County Sheriff’s Office on Nov. 3 on a warrant for felony larceny.
He is alleged to have embezzled $4,002 from the Bailey-based Little League organization for gambling at Black Hawk casinos, according to the affidavit in support of an arrest warrant. Details in this week's Flume.
