Road & Bridge Director placed on administrative leave -Flume was created by Flume editor

Park County Road and Bridge Director David Kintz Sr. was placed on administrative leave on Nov. 8 after an alleged incident involving a female county employee in a county vehicle on Oct. 31. Details in this week's Flume.

Isn't it funny that the Sheriff's Dept. didn't want to mention the woman's name?? Isn't she just as involved??

If she's a subordinate of the director, she'd be considered a victim in this case. Would you want victim's names published?

After reading todays FLUME, it says NOTHING CRIMINAL took place between Kintz and this female..
