Romney gets 5.3 percent more county votes than McCain in 2008; Obama’s votes down 11.3 percent versus 2008

Voter turnout in Park County in the Nov. 6, 2012, general election was higher than in the 2010 election but lower than in the 2008 election, according to data from the Colorado Secretary of State’s Office.
The Park County data also shows that, in the presidential election, Mitt Romney performed better than John McCain in 2008, and Obama performed worse than he did in 2008.
