A Georgia man allegedly involved in the abduction of a 14-year-old Georgia girl was arrested on Nov. 21 in South Park, and he is fighting extradition back to Georgia.
Michael Dempsey, 35, is being held in the Park County Jail on a no-bond hold. Previously, he was being held on a warrant from Georgia only for misdemeanor interference of custody, but additional warrants for his arrest were submitted for incest and child molestation by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation on Nov. 27.
