Bailey resident Gregory Rumbaugh, 40, president of the Platte Canyon Little League board, was formally charged on Nov. 26 with class 4 felony theft for the alleged embezzlement of about $4,000 from the Bailey-based Platte Canyon Little League. Details in this week's Flume.
