After an executive session held during Park County’s Board of County Commissioners Nov. 29 meeting, the commissioners approved and signed an employee separation agreement with Park County Road and Bridge Director David Kintz Sr.
The resignation came after Kintz had been put on administrative leave on Nov. 8 following an Oct. 31 alleged incident involving Kintz and his secretary, Mary Ann Hewitt, in a county vehicle. (See the story on that incident on Page 28.) Hewitt has resigned from her position with the county.
