The Hutchison Lumber property in Fairplay sold to the Delaware-based Greenwich Investors XLII Trust 2012-1 for $649,329 at a foreclosure auction on Jan. 9, and the receiver appointed to that property and the shuttered Pine Junction Hutchison Lumber store will have her appointment terminated on Jan. 18.
