The prosecution will complete its case Monday in the animal cruelty trial against Hartsel-area rancher Vern Wagner.
Assistant District Attorney Kathy Eberling spent the week building her case against Wagner, who is charged with four counts of class 1 misdemeanor cruelty to animals.
