After a little more than an hour’s deliberation today, the jury in the misdemeanor criminal trial of former Park County Sheriff’s Office Corporal Glenn Hardey and Reserve Deputy Steve Materkowski found both Hardey and Materkowski guilty of prohibited use of a weapon and both not guilty of reckless endangerment.
