Winter weather and gusting winds caused a number of travel problems in South Park from Jan. 30 through Feb. 1.
Extreme winds closed U.S. 285 from Kenosha Pass to Fairplay for approximately two hours on Jan. 30, and an accident on Jan. 31 closed a portion of U.S. 285 near Como for about two hours while crews worked on scene. Details in this week's Flume.
